At the final stage of your interior design or styling project you will be presented with your design pack, including plans, drawings, paint specs and supplier lists.

We will also agree an implementation plan which defines what happens next and who you would like to do the work.

You may decide to handle this yourself, of if you prefer, we can take care of the ordering, handling and fitting for you.

Typically implementation includes being your voice on site as “Client Advocate” by liaising on site with contractors to bring the design to life as envisioned. Briefing curtain makers, upholsterers, or joiners, or ordering and installing furniture and other fittings and accessories.

our role as client advocate

Please note, implementation should not be confused with Project Management.  During implementation we take the role of client advocate, visiting the site as needed to make sure the design we agreed is coming to life and checking on the quality of the look of the job.  We do not manage site personnel or oversee building work. This is the role of your building contractor.

Implementation is only available as an add-on to our interior design service, and the scope of work will be clearly defined in our proposal.
