Phoebe's Fab 3: Natural Beauties

A wave (or shall I say weave?) of natural materials is hitting the high street this autumn and it’s putting me in my design happy place. From rattan, seagrass and wool, these natural materials are woven, tied and sewn into so many beautiful pieces of furniture and accessories. This month, I’ve selected three natural beauties that will naturally be a hit in any home.

Every home needs storage baskets, and Habitat is on to a winner with the COBY set of seagrass baskets (£30.00). I love the rustic nature of the painted blue seagrass bases and think this set of three is perfect for squirrelling away DVDs and magazines.

Perfect for your Jungalow look, this Flat Rattan Wing Chair from Cox & Cox (£250.00) is very smart with its architectural metal legs. Cosy it up with plenty of cushions or a sheepskin and it’ll beg for you to settle down in it and read something beautiful. (Like this book, perhaps?)

This gorgeous Geometric Pendant by Janie Knitted Textiles (£160.00) is perfect for a project I’m working on and I can’t wait to use it! The pendant is made of wool wound over a metal frame then dip-dyed in either indigo blue or turquoise. I love it in this indigo colour and adore its sexy shape.
