Every year when autumn rolls in and the nights get longer, I start the evening ritual of settling in on the sofa and cuddling under a favourite throw for a boxset marathon. But it's not just the stories that grip me, I also keep an eye out for sharp style and these are three of my favourite television shows for sartorial inspiration and swoon-worthy set design.
Elementary – This modern take on Sherlock Holmes is addicting. As per usual, Sherlock's way of life is a wee bit odd, but I can't help but love the style of his eclectic New York brownstone and lust after Watson's entire wardrobe.
Suits – The colours and art are inspiring in this slick show about hotshot lawyer, Harvey Specter, and his wise-cracking protege, Mike. Watch as Harvey teaches Mike everything there is to know about being a lawyer, including how to wear a perfectly tailored suit and work amongst some pretty stunning decor.
House of Cards – This remake's modern main characters are pretty shady politicians but the drama-filled show also features some fantastic decor. In fact, the Underwood's rooms are so elegant they may even be worth running for office to live in!
